Leadership
Aren Naltakyan
CEO & Founder
Aren Naltakyan is the Founder and CEO of MXM Holding. Since 2022, Aren has been a highly successful venture investor. The investment companies he founded demonstrate outstanding financial results and occupy leading positions in the market.
With over 18 years of experience in the banking sector, Aren has built an impressive career path rising from a credit specialist to the Chairman of the Management Board of one of Armenia's largest commercial banks. Leading the bank from 2019 to 2022, he successfully steered the organization through three major crises, ensuring stability and growth amidst market uncertainty.
Currently, he serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Inecobank and is a member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) National Committee Armenia.
In 2019, he earned his MBA degree from the University of Sheffield and holds a Chartered Manager designation from the Chartered Institute of Management (CMI).
